All of our mesquite flooring wood is kiln-dried at humidity levels ranging in between 8 to 12 percent. Given our concern for the quality of all of our inventory we only provide select-grade wood.  

Here is a description of the different combinations that you can select from:  

Thickness: half-inch; if you desire anything above half inch thickness please contact us to see whether it can be arranged.  

Width: 2, 3, 4 and 5 inches  

Length: random length; nevertheless we normally sell at lengths of anywhere between 2 to 4 ft.   

*It is possible for us to provide end-matched mesquite flooring wood if you are interested.  

Prices  
Our prices vary according to the requested descriptions. But generally we charge between $4.50 and $5 per sq. ft.(if the wood is 2 to 3 inches wide) and between $5 to $5.50 per sq. ft.(if the wood is 4 to 5 inches wide).
